Latifa Bin Haider
Founder & Managing Partner
Latifa earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the American University of Sharjah where she majored in Management and minored in Finance. While at university, Latifa co-founded Mental Health AE, an initiative to raise awareness of the importance of mental health and help those who haven't had the platform to voice their challenges. During her senior year in university, Mental Health AE was selected as one of the top 10 teams to participate in the Ma’an Social Incubator - Abu Dhabi Government. Soon after graduation, Latifa entered the Emirati Development Program with Baytukum and won. Additionally, she won two other entrepreneurship competitions with both Baytukum and Mental Health AE in StartAD (NYUAD). She brings to Baytukum fresh insight and an understanding of the value of the youth in the UAE.
Farah-Ann Al-Derzi
Chief Executive Officer
Farah-Ann Al-Derzi serves as the Chief Executive Officer and is a member of the Executive Committee at Baytukum. She is responsible for all direct real estate investments to source, filter, and execute acquisitions that offer exceptional value to clients. She began her extensive international experience in 2012 as an auditor at KPMG Luxembourg specializing in real estate investment funds. Her career journey took her later to Deloitte & Touche in Abu Dhabi where she built up her experience in the Financial Services Industry. She held the position of Financial Controller at AXA Investment Managers in London being at the heart of the value-add, joint venture, and development fund series. Farah possesses great familiarity with asset and property managers, real estate valuers, investors, and stakeholders. Before joining Baytukum, she held the role of finance and real estate investment officer with a Dubai-based asset management firm. With Baytukum, she is committed to helping others, find their foothold financially.
Viola El Atrach
Customer Relations Executive
Viola is a client relations executive with over ten years of experience in the MENA region. She specializes in customer relations and communications and is responsible for developing and implementing all matters related to her clients. Viola has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the Lebanese International University in Beirut. She has been presented with the cultural exchanger award from the United Nations Interim Forces in Lebanon UNIFIL and has been part of several fellowship programs such as the Professional Development for Trainers provided by the American Embassy in Beirut. She is an integral part of the Baytukum team, continually striving for the betterment of client interest and experience.
Shorooq Al-Aydi
Customer Relations Officer
Shorooq graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Family Sciences with distinction from the University College for Mother and Family Sciences, where she also obtained her professional qualification diploma. Since her graduation, Shurooq has worked as a director in the media and public relations department at the university she studied at. She has long-term experience in organizing events, holding conferences, and coordinating with government and concerned agencies. She helps arrange everything that benefits and assists the customer in obtaining the desired service to the fullest.
Angelica Dominguez
Office & Accounts Manager
Angelica is an accomplished progressive office & accounts manager with over a decade of experience. She specializes in business administration, office management, sales, and marketing. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts from the University of Santo Tomas Manila, Philippines. Having amassed her knowledge at Unilever Philippines and Inquirer Group, her skills and expertise cover a wide range of sectors including publishing and advertising with a focus on real estate investment. Angelica can use her comprehension and unique insight into office management to better Baytukum’s client experience. She also lends her expertise in her craft by collaborating with colleagues in proactively developing and implementing objectives and policies. She is an essential member of the team and the backbone of Baytukum’s office operations.

Asim Kazmi

Asim Kazmi is the Head of Coverage for the Shipping, Aviation, & Project Finance portfolio in the Corporate Banking Group of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB). He is responsible for the funded & non-funded portfolio of clients in those sectors in Dubai, the Northern Emirates, and the GCC. Asim earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Toronto and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Applied Information Technology from ITI Information Technology Institute. Starting his career with KPMG Consulting in the US and Canada, he has progressively taken on more senior positions across retail, corporate, and investment banking, in both conventional and Islamic banking roles. He is a results-driven and deal-focused leader with successes driving global strategy and services delivery using people, enterprise technology, and process alignment in high-profile business environments. Asim continues to serve as a trusted advisor and senior strategist in collaboration with C-level executives. He is passionate about technology and believes that Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Science will be game changers across all industries - especially financial services.
Kashif Baig

Originally from the UK, Kashif lived in Saudi Arabia and Pakistan before moving back to the UK to finish his education. After completing his Bachelor of Science in Economics from The University of Reading, Kashif went on to pursue a career in finance, completed his accountancy qualification, and became a member of the ACCA. Kashif has over two decades of experience in commercial & corporate finance that he gained in the UK and the UAE, having worked for several blue-chip organisations such as Vodafone and Sony, as well as large conglomerates such as Al- Futtaim and Al-Tayer. Kashif’s main area of expertise is assisting organisations with strategic planning and business development.

Noora Al Mansoori
Real Estate Investments Professional
Noora has worked in corporate finance and real estate investments for over 12 years. She has experience in making real estate investments, developments, and the REIT market. She worked with several renowned GCC institutions, including Gulf International Bank and Arcapita in covering transactions and projects in the greater MENA region, India, and Europe. Noora holds a Master of Science in Finance from Imperial College Business School in London, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Econometrics, and Finance from the University of York, UK. She is a Certified Alternative Investments Analyst (CAIA) Association designee.
Majdel Musa
Startup Lawyer & Real Estate Trainer
Majdel Musa, JD is a US-qualified and trained lawyer with extensive real estate experience. Prior to spending several years as legal counsel for prominent tech startups in the region, Majdel gained unique insights into the Dubai real estate market.
She first worked at the Dubai Land Department as a RERA course instructor and legal advisor for the Dubai Real Estate Institute. Later, she served as Head of Real Estate for a law firm and as Vice President for Legal Affairs for the Middle East Real Estate Inspection Association. Majdel has been a speaker at various conferences, including Cityscape Global, and a guest on Dubai Eye Business Breakfast radio show. She was also a regular contributor to Gulf News’ Property Weekly.
Before attending law school, Majdel worked as a Realtor and later became a commercial real estate broker while practicing real estate law in Chicago.
