How does ReVest work?
You set a monthly amount, pick a goal, and ReVest transfers your contribution automatically each month. The funds are then invested into available Dubai real estate opportunities curated by Baytukum.
What is fractional ownership?
Fractional ownership lets multiple investors share in the ownership and income of a single real estate asset. Instead of buying an entire property, you acquire a share — and the rental income and growth scale with your share.
How much can I invest?
You can start from AED 1,000/month. There's no upper cap, and you can adjust your monthly amount whenever you like.
Can I pause contributions?
Yes. ReVest is designed around real life — you can pause, resume or change your monthly amount anytime, with no penalties.
How are opportunities selected?
Each opportunity is sourced and professionally managed by a property manager based on rental yield potential, location quality and long-term outlook.
How are returns generated?
Returns come from two sources: monthly rental income from occupied properties and long-term capital appreciation of the underlying real estate.
Is my money locked in?
Real estate is a long-term asset class, but ReVest doesn't impose contribution lock-ins; you control your monthly plan. Exiting fractional positions depends on our share transfer facility and the specific asset.
